According to the current legislation Article 138 of Law 4951/2022 – (Governmental Gazette A' 129/04.07.2022), for the time period 01.08.2022 - 01.07.2023, the charge of the adjustment clause in all ELPEDISON electricity programs is suspended, thus changing all the relevant supply charges. The adjustment clause charging may be reinstated, in accordance with condition 6 definition of the electricity supply contract and the applicable legislation.
